Smithy and The Chef is the energetic food and events collaboration of Sarah “Smithy” and Andrew Hickie.
Combining years spent in hospitality, management, PR, events and a fine-dining training Chef, the duo decided to take their careers and ‘husband and wife’ partnership to a new level – becoming business partners.
Their first venture revamped the iconic Silos Restaurant in Berry on the South Coast of NSW, creating the perfect foodie destination for alfresco dining and soaking up the countryside.  A second catering business shortly followed – taking their love of creating signature dining experiences alongside a premium Concierge service for clients.
Menus by Smithy and The Chef personalise the classics with food the pair love to eat and entertain friends with.
